This is a French open faced tart made with a flaky buttery dough similar to pie dough and filled with delicious fresh apples and cinnamon. BRIOCHE BREAD 2 DAY MASTERCLASS- April 25th & 26th
Brioche bread is the softest and most versatile bread. It can be used as a sandwich bread, for burger buns, French toast and more. Make your own brioche in this hands on baking masterclass. This is a 2 day class. You always work individually and take home your bakes. No group work. No premade doughs.

Students will love making their own Banana cream pies from scratch. Each student will make their own pie dough, banana cream filling and homemade whipped cream. No group work. No date or couple required.

FLAN (CREME CARAMEL)- GLUTEN FREE- May 9th
Students will love making their own FLAN in this hands on baking class. This is made by making a hard caramel and a creamy custard, baking it in a water bath and the caramel softens into a creamy caramel once it is chilled and inverted after baking.
Students work individually and bake from scratch! This class is gluten free.

WALNUT BAKLAVA BAKING CLASS- June 27th
BAKLAVA IS A FLAKY, BUTTERY PASTRY LAYERED WITH CHOPPED WALNUTS, SPICES AND SWEETENED WITH A HONEY SYRUP!! YUM!
Make your own Baklava individually from start to finish. We will be using frozen phyllo sheets in this class.
APPLE STRUDEL FROM SCRATCH- June 28th
Have you ever made strudel dough from scratch? Here is your chance to make this delicious flaky pastry individually from scratch at my baking school. You will make your own dough and filling and stretch it, fill it and bake it! This was 2025’s most popular new class!!!
KIDS 2 DAY BREAD BAKING CAMP-June 30th & July 1st- Ages 10-17
Have your kids bake for you in this bread baking Summer camp! Kids will work individually and take home their own sweets. In this camp kids must be at least 10 years old and will make focaccia and cinnamon rolls in this camp.
KIDS CHRISTMAS IN JULY- 3 DAY SUMMER BAKING CAMP AGES 7-13-July 7th-9th- 2 spots left

KIDS BAKING SUMMER CAMP- CHRISTMAS IN JULY- July 14th-16th
ARE YOUR KIDS INTERESTED IN BAKING THEIR OWN SIGNATURE SWEETS? My kids camps are the only cooking and baking Summer camps where kids work individually and make their own sweets from scratch. In this camp kids will make their own mixed berry fruit crisps, red velvet brownies and apple cinnamon baked donuts.

CROISSANTS FROM SCRATCH 2 DAY CLASS- July 25th & 26th
Croissants from scratch are delicious and fun to make with a little patience!! Croissants need at least 2 days to develop flavor and to incorporate your butter properly. In this 2 day class, you will work individually in my hands on croissants class and make every component from scratch. No premade dough. No take and bake!
KIDS- 3 DAY GLUTEN FREE SUMMER BAKING CAMP- July 28th-30th
KIDS will love making their own signature sweets in my hands on Summer camps. In this camp, kids will make coconut macaroons, peanut butter buckeyes, and flourless chocolate torte. ALL THESE RECIPES ARE 100% FREE OF GLUTEN.
FYI- I am not a 100% gluten free facility. All equipment has come in contact with gluten. This camp uses nuts.
