KIDS BAKING SUMMER CAMP- CHRISTMAS IN JULY- July 14th-16th ages 7-17
ARE YOUR KIDS INTERESTED IN BAKING THEIR OWN SIGNATURE SWEETS? My kids camps are the only cooking and baking Summer camps where kids work individually and make their own sweets from scratch. In this camp kids will make their own mixed berry fruit crisps, red velvet brownies and apple cinnamon baked donuts.

CROISSANTS FROM SCRATCH 2 DAY CLASS- July 25th & 26th -SOLD OUT!
Croissants from scratch are delicious and fun to make with a little patience!! Croissants need at least 2 days to develop flavor and to incorporate your butter properly. In this 2 day class, you will work individually in my hands on croissants class and make every component from scratch. No premade dough. No take and bake!
KIDS 2 DAY STRAWBERRY CAKE BAKING CAMP AGES 10-17- July 28th & 29th
KIDS will love making their own cakes from scratch on day 1 and buttercream and assembling the cakes on day 2. No group work. Kids work 100% individually. This is for ages 10-17.

In this camp, kids will make their own peaches and cream cupcakes, coconut macaroons (GF) and fudge brownies.
Kids work individually and bake from scratch! This camp is for ages 7-13.
HUMMINGBIRD CAKE FROM SCRATCH 2 DAY CLASS- AUGUST 8TH & 9TH
Ditch the boxed cake mix and make your own HUMMINGBIRD CAKE (Banana spice cake with pineapple, warm spices and pecans. and a delicious cream cheese buttercream from scratch in this 2 day class. Each student will make every component from scratch and take home a fully assembled 2 layer cake. No group work! No premade anything!
KIDS- 3 DAY KIDS SUMMER BAKING CAMP- AUGUST 11TH-13TH (ages 7-13)
KIDS will love making their own signature sweets in my hands on Summer camps.
In this camp, kids will make their own Confetti sprinkle cheesecakes, chocolate chip cookies and mini lemon fruit tarts.
Kids work individually and bake from scratch! This camp is for ages 7-13.
ALMOND PECAN FLORENTINES 101- August 15th, 2026
Students will love making their own almond pecan Florentine cookies in this hands on baking class Students will make and bake the cookies from scratch and dip them or drizzle them with chocolate. Students work individually in every class and take home their own bakes.
PIEROGIS 101- August 16th
Annie's pierogis 101 will have you creating your own pierogi dough and potato and cheese filling in this hands on baking class from scratch. No group work and no pre made doughs here!!

French macarons are my students favorite class and often their first class that they take with me. This cookie is made with almond flour, eggs and sugar and happens to be gluten free. Students love creating everything individually from scratch in this hands on class.

Learn this delicious French dessert that is creamy and tastes like a combination of a Flan and a dutch baby. This is a student favorite and I am excited to bring it back. Students work 100% individually and take their own signature sweets home in every class.
CELEBRATION CAKE ROLL FROM SCRATCH CLASS- September 6th
Ditch the boxed cake and take my celebration cake roll class!!! This cake roll tastes like an angel food cake and is so much fun to make!! My students love creating everything individually from scratch in this hands on class.

My Students LOVE these cookies so I am bringing back my brownie cookie class because of high demand! Students work individually in every class and take home their own bakes. This is crispy, chewy and decadent!

PUFF PASTRY (NAPOLEONS) FROM SCRATCH-2 DAY CLASS- Oct 31st & Nov 1st
This 2 day class is a student favorite!! Make your own Puff Pastry From scratch and build a Napoleon. This is a laminated dough and rests overnight. Students work individually in every class and take home their own bakes.
