Who's looking for some fun unique baking classes?

As the Holidays are quickly approaching, I thought I would highlight some of my favorite classes coming up through the end of the year.

  • Bailey’s chocolate mousse tart- because chocolate and Baileys…OH MY !

  • Croquembouche- a cream puff tower enrobed in sugar that is a beautiful centerpiece and fun to eat one by one just like popcorn:)

  • Gingerbread and Red Velvet cake rolls. When I stopped doing cakes for 3 1/2 years, I decided to start with a cake roll, less fuss, more fun and the flavors are endless. It’s amazing how much fun and scary it can be to flip a cake. I love the reactions of everyone when they successfully do it! It is the best:) Gingerbread cake has always reminded me of colder months and this was something I created last year. Red Velvet is a beautiful stunner of a cake and perfect for the holiday or Valentine’s day!

  • Chocolate bourbon pecan tart—-Yep, bringing more booze to your desserts in 2021 because we can! Honestly, I have found so many ways to add bourbon and booze to my desserts and I am so glad you are enjoying them this year. The alcohol brings your desserts to the next level!

  • Yule log (buche de noel) yet another cake roll, but this one is extra fancy!! I already have a private class booked for this. Contact me soon to book your own or sign up for my virtual class! You won’t be sorry!

  • GLUTEN FREE??? -I always have at least a few gluten free classes since I have several gluten free students. Currently I have on the schedule- Gluten free blueberry pie, Almond cake roll, Flourless chocolate torte, Buckeyes, English toffee and peanut brittle, French macarons.

  • Swiss cake roll- a less fancy and just as decadent chocolate cake roll enrobed in ganache. YUM!

  • Apple fans will love my apple rosemary goat cheese tart class and my apple pie class and boozy apple crisp has been a hit so far this fall!

  • Pumpkin cake, pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll, pumpkin spice latte macarons OH MY! If you love pumpkin, you have lots of options to choose from.

  • Chocolate peppermint Macarons and Chocolate peppermint cake are the perfect winter treat!

  • Linzer cookies are a delicious, elegant almond sugar cookie that are fun and don’t require any elaborate decorating.

  • Sugar cookies can be simple or elaborate.. you choose! Explore that creativity!!

  • Biscotti gets a bad rap for being too dry. I like mine a bit softer than too crunchy. No one wants to break your teeth!!

Of course I have lots more classes than what is listed and I always have a hard time deciding what to choose. I hope to see you in these classes either by yourself or with friends and family or co-workers. I promise to make baking fun, easy and delicious!!
