My favorite Fall and winter classes!
How do I pick a favorite?? It’s hard, but I am excited to add lots of new classes this year to my schedule. We are still virtual with the exception of hosting private events on Sundays in Lakewood. Here are the new classes I added that I am super excited about!!!
CROISSANTS!- this class has been my most frequently request class since I began teaching and a labor of love that I have finally put on the calendar. This class is 2 days and is 7 hours total and worth every minute of it. Fresh croissants take time and A LOT of patience, but the end result is worth it. I hope you will join me. So far I have classes in October and December. Classes are 2 consecutive days, 3 1/2 hours each day.
CAKE ROLLS - for those of you that have been here for the long hall, you will know that I self retired from cakes from 3 1/2 years and have only in the last year, brought them back. I do love a cake roll and have loved creating fun unique flavors for fall/winter!!! This year I am offering a gluten free almond cake roll, a pumpkin roll, a gingerbread cake roll and a red velvet cake roll. You will not be disappointed!! Flipping a cake is fun and you can totally do it virtually. Join me!!!
OCTOBER’s Happy hour classes- BOOZY APPLE CRISP AND PUMPKIN BEER BREAD- Whether you like Apple or pumpkin or beer or booze, these desserts are going to get you geared up for FALL for sure!! Sign up by clicking the happy hour event and picking the event with corresponding date!
Croquenbuche and Yule log classes!! -These scream winter and holiday and again require some patience, but are so worth it with the end result. Croquenbuche is a cream puffs tower stacked and covered in a caramel. A Yule log is a chocolate cake roll with buttercream and meringue mushrooms. YUM!
Gingerbread houses- I have been wanting to incorporate these for awhile and cannot wait to see what you come up with for your designs. I hope to see you soon!
